Refund rules

The guarantee is designed to be fair and verifiable.

  • 1.Max refund is 2 months of subscription.
  • 2.You must have a verifiable history of using JobOwl (at least 50 resumes generated).
  • 3.You must provide a short description of your usage experience and why you are not satisfied with the results.
  • 4.After verification, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and the refund will be issued. We reserve the right to decline the refund if requirements are not met.

Job interviews depend on many factors outside the product (market conditions, role fit, experience level, location, timing, and recruiter availability). This guarantee only covers the refund terms above - it’s not a promise of employment.
